Who is in charge of this calendar raffle?

The Hamburg Hunting & Fishing Club (HHFC) holds Minnesota Gaming Permit

What are the rules?

Buyers must be at least 18 to purchase. No calendar will be honored until money and stub are returned to Hamburg Hunting Fishing Club. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days after notification is made by contacting Josh Kroells 952-994-2427. All firearm regulations must be met before a winner can receive a gun. Hamburg Club is not responsible for discontinued or back-ordered guns.

Where and How does the raffle drawing actually happen?

By law, the 2023 drawing must happen in one highly accountable event. This year’s drawing will be Saturday February 4, at 5 p.m. at the HHFC in Hamburg, MN. The drawing is always videotaped to authenticate the process. Club officers pull ticket stubs and deliver them to the Calendar Coordinator Josh Kroells in a private location. Josh sits alone and results go immediately into a safe.

How are winners notified?

At the end of each month, Josh Kroells calls the winners from the previous month if they have not already contacted him. Each winner has 30 days from that call to collect their prize, accept a cash equivalent if one is listed as an option, or make arrangements for delivery.
